Edmund G. Manston is the Director of the Office of Sponsored Research Services (OSRS). He leads the College’s pursuit of external funding by providing administrative support, training, and other resources to help researchers apply for and receive external funding and meet sponsors’ compliance requirements for grants obtained. He holds an MBA in Finance and certificates in varying professional courses, including Research Administration.

Konkun Wleh, is the Pre-Award Officer in the Office of Sponsored Research Services. His role is to seek funding opportunities and in turn, provide assistance to faculty members in the development of grant proposals in their areas of research interests. Prior to boarding the ULCHS, Konkun had worked across seven projects in the areas of grants, finance, and procurement/contract management with five different institutions since January 2007. He holds a BBA in accounting and had earned a few certificates.

Josephine Tata Theoway has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting and currently serves as a Post-Award Officer in the Office of Sponsored Research Services, at the University of Liberia College of Health Sciences (ULCHS). She focuses on programmatic and budgetary compliance; providing guidance and oversight on issues related to the fiscal, administrative, and regulatory management of grants, contracts, and sponsored programs from award receipt through closeout.
