NIH – Early and Late-Stage Clinical Trials for the Spectrum of Alzheimer’s Disease/Alzheimer’s Related Dementias and Age-Related Cognitive Decline (R01 Clinical Trial Optional) supports the development and implementation of early to late stage clinical trials of promising pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions for cognitive and neuropsychiatric changes associated with age-related cognitive decline and Alzheimer's disease (AD) and Alzheimer's disease-related Dementias (ADRD). Funding Amount: Unlimited budget for max 5 years.

NIH – International Bioethics Research Training Program (D43 Clinical Trial Optional) supports Trainees (D43) proposing to serve as the lead investigator of an independent clinical trial; or proposing a separate ancillary clinical trial; or proposing to gain research experience in a clinical trial led by another investigator, as part of their research and career development. Funding Amount: $230,000 in direct cost for max 5 years.

NIH – International Research Ethics Education and Curriculum Development Award (R25 Clinical Trial Not Allowed) supports strengthen the critical competencies needed to provide research ethics education, ethical review leadership and expert consultation to LMIC researchers, their academic or research institutions, governments, and international health research organizations to enhance the application of research ethics principles. Funding Amount: $230,000 in direct cost for up to max 5 years.

NIH – Advanced Development of Informatics Technologies for Cancer Research and Management (U24 Clinical Trial Optional) supports advanced development and enhancement of emerging informatics technologies to improve the acquisition, analysis, visualization, and interpretation of data across the cancer research continuum including cancer biology, cancer treatment and diagnosis, early cancer detection, risk assessment and prevention, cancer control and epidemiology, and cancer health disparities. Funding Amount: $600,000 in direct cost for max 5 years.
